Already on my very first walk through the area, it hit me at once that this place is a real gem!
Around the wallow, in the mud, fresh tracks everywhere, small and large, by the hundreds, beds, hair, and a very heavy, fresh game scent.
And these photos don’t just confirm my initial hunch, they far surpass it
I hunted with the neighboring hunting association for more than two years, and seeing even a single animal in broad daylight was an extremely rare event.
In fact, I barely had the chance to observe this much game in total over those two years.
And what’s here is a rich wildlife, peacefully wallowing, cooling off, rooting around . . .
Well, there just aren’t words for it!!!
