My hunting opportunities so far have changed too.
Several members no longer renewed, for personal reasons, the hunting agreement made with the association that leases -mostly wildlife-damage- land from Kaszó and carries out hunting activity there, for the year 2025.
However, since I’d already managed to organize and sort out the accommodation and other support-activity details tied to the hunting there, it made sense to look for some other opportunity close to that area.
It looks like there will be one.
Details are being discussed right now.
In 3 weeks I’m going back again, at which point I’ll bring back everything from the feeders I’ve set up there, along with all the equipment still out in the field (cameras, stands, climbing steps . . .)
Also on the agenda then is scouting the new area, and, provided it’s judged suitable, this year’s hunting season starts once the new agreement is in place.
