On a frosty winter night, with an almost storm-like wind, I watched this doe that appeared at midnight from up in the stand for close to half an hour.
At first only with the thermal camera, then, once my two light-tech lamps (Aputure MC Pro), synced together and at first barely glowing red, slowly and gradually — more precisely, steplessly — brightened, from that point on I could see the doe’s every movement with the naked eye as well
Even though we’re in the middle of the doe hunting season, I had no intention of even drawing my bow.
I simply enjoyed becoming an unnoticed part of nature and being able to observe the secret life of the undisturbed forest, hidden from ordinary people.
